These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) are a contract between you and GR3 Ventures LLC, doing business as Crafty Trendy (“Crafty Trendy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and govern your access to and use of the Crafty Trendy mobile application (the “Crafty Trendy Mobile App”), the Crafty Trendy browser extension (the “Crafty Trendy Extension”), the Crafty Trendy website located at www.craftytrendy.com, and all other Crafty Trendy–branded websites (each, a “Website”), software applications, and online services provided by Crafty Trendy (collectively, the “Service”).
By using any portion of the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement applies to you whether you are a “Member” (meaning you have created an account (“Crafty Trendy Account”)) or a “Visitor” (meaning you are using the Service without creating a Crafty Trendy Account). The term “you” or “User” refers to a Visitor or a Member. The terms “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Crafty Trendy.
You must be an individual and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, to use the Service. You may not use the Service or accept this Agreement if you are not of legal age and able and competent to form a binding contract with Crafty Trendy. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you are not using the Service for or on behalf of any third party, or for any commercial purpose.
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS (1) AN ARBITRATION PROVISION; (2) A WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO BRING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST US; AND (3) A RELEASE BY YOU OF CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE AGAINST US THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE PROVISIONS.
Crafty Trendy may amend this Agreement or other policies that govern the Service from time to time. Any changes to the Agreement will be posted to www.craftytrendy.com/terms/ , and the posted Agreement will indicate the date the Agreement was last revised. If you do not agree to the changes, you must uninstall any applicable Crafty Trendy software and stop using the Service. By continuing to use the Service after any changes to this Agreement are posted on the Website, you agree to be bound by those changes.
The Service is subject to Crafty Trendy’s privacy and data protection practices (the “Crafty Trendy Privacy Statement”). Please read Crafty Trendy’s Privacy Statement found at www.craftytrendy.com/privacy . Our Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you visit our Website, use the Crafty Trendy Mobile App, or otherwise access the Service. By using the Service, you consent to Crafty Trendy’s collection, use, and sharing of your information as set forth in the Privacy Statement.

Crafty Trendy may incorporate additional features, including advanced data analysis, real-time performance tracking, or integration with third-party services. Not all aspects of our Service are available through all channels or in all locations. Certain features may require an active Etsy seller account or other integrations.
Crafty Trendy does not guarantee any specific outcome, including higher sales, more site traffic, or improved search rankings on Etsy or elsewhere. All analytics and SEO advice is provided on an “as-is” basis, and results may vary.
While Crafty Trendy may display aggregated or third-party data (e.g., from Etsy, social media platforms, or other analytics tools), we are not responsible for inaccuracies or changes in those third-party sources. Any data we provide is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.
Crafty Trendy may offer free and/or paid subscription plans, or display advertisements to sustain the Service. If we offer any paid subscription or premium features, they will be governed by additional terms presented to you at the time of subscription. By opting into any paid feature, you agree to abide by those additional terms, including payment obligations and any applicable billing cycles.
We reserve the right to introduce, remove, or modify fees for any aspect of the Service in the future. If we do so, we will provide notice as appropriate (e.g., via email or notification on our Website or within our apps).
Crafty Trendy may integrate with or link to third-party websites, tools, or services (including Etsy). These integrations or links are provided for your convenience. Crafty Trendy does not operate or control these third parties, and their content, tools, or services are governed by separate terms and conditions and privacy policies. You agree that Crafty Trendy is not responsible for your interactions or activities on such third-party platforms.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and release Crafty Trendy from any liability arising out of or related to your use of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services before using them.
Crafty Trendy is an independent analytics tool and is not affiliated with Etsy, Inc. or its subsidiaries. While we provide insights and data to help improve your Etsy listings, we do not control Etsy’s algorithms, search results, policies, or any changes to the Etsy platform. Any actions you take based on Crafty Trendy’s data or SEO recommendations are at your own discretion. We cannot guarantee that Etsy’s policies or algorithm changes will not affect your listing performance.
You are solely responsible for complying with Etsy’s rules, guidelines, and any applicable laws or regulations regarding your Etsy shop and listings.
From time to time, Crafty Trendy may offer referral incentives (e.g., credits or discounts) when you refer a new user to sign up for our Service. Specific eligibility, reward amounts, and redemption methods will be described in any applicable Referral Program terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any referral program at any time.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication factor. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, please contact Crafty Trendy immediately. By creating an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, and to keep it updated so that we can communicate effectively with you.
By providing us with your email address, you agree to receive all account-related notices electronically, at that email address. It is your responsibility to update or change that address as appropriate. We may also use your email address to send you promotional communications, from which you may opt out at any time.
We may send you notifications via email, push notification, or other means regarding account security, Service updates, or other relevant topics. Some notifications are mandatory (e.g., critical service or security alerts), while others are optional. You can modify your notification settings within your account profile, where applicable.
The contents of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and other materials, are protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws. The contents belong or are licensed to Crafty Trendy or its software/content suppliers. We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our software and Service solely in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.
While we strive to maintain continuous availability of our Service, outages and interruptions may occur for reasons beyond our control (e.g., Internet downtime, third-party service issues). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the devices, network connections, and software you need to use Crafty Trendy. We do not guarantee that our software can be accessed on all devices or service plans.
Where applicable, Crafty Trendy may allow you to submit or post content (e.g., comments, feedback, uploaded data). You agree that you have all necessary rights to post such content, and you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that content in connection with the Service. You also agree that you will not post any unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable content.
You agree not to engage in any activity that violates any law or regulation, infringes on others’ rights, or compromises the security or integrity of our Service, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer our software, collecting data via automated means without authorization, or interfering with other users’ access to the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CONTENT AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICE (WHETHER OR NOT SPONSORED) ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. CRAFTY TRENDY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONTENT OR OPERATION OF THE SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
CRAFTY TRENDY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY DATA OR ANALYSIS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not guarantee that implementing our SEO tips or analytics suggestions will produce higher sales, improve search rankings, or achieve any particular result. You are responsible for any decisions you make in reliance on the information provided by the Service.
You understand and agree that any notifications provided through the Service may be delayed or prevented by factors outside our control. We make no guarantees about the delivery or accuracy of such notifications. You also agree that we are not liable for any delays, failures, or misdelivery of notifications, or for any actions you take in reliance on them.
CRAFTY TRENDY SHALL IN NO EVENT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, CRAFTY TRENDY’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO $500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crafty Trendy and its officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account or ceasing to use the Service. To cancel your account, you may email craftytrendy1@gmail.com. Upon doing so, your account will be closed, and your ability to log in will be deactivated. Any data in our records will be retained subject to our Privacy Statement.
Crafty Trendy may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason at any time, including for breach of this Agreement.
YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND CRAFTY TRENDY RELATING TO YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH US, INCLUDING THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNDER THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION’S RULES FOR CONSUMER-RELATED DISPUTES, AND YOU AND WE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY.
If you wish to begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to:
Crafty Trendy ArbitrationAs an alternative, you may bring your claim in your local small claims court, if allowed by that court’s rules and within its jurisdiction, unless such action is transferred or appealed to a different court. You agree to bring claims only on your own behalf and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
BY AGREEING TO THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE & CLASS ACTION WAIVER, YOU AND CRAFTY TRENDY ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
If the prohibition on class actions is found unenforceable, then all provisions of this arbitration section will be null and void. This arbitration agreement will survive the termination of your relationship with us.
This Agreement, and your relationship with Crafty Trendy, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively under the ARBITRATION CLAUSE & CLASS ACTION WAIVER above, except for imminent harm requiring injunctive relief, which may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction. You acknowledge that this choice of law provision is a material part of this Agreement.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any content posted on or through the Service infringes your copyright, please notify us via the contact information below. We reserve the right to remove or disable content alleged to be infringing, and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Crafty Trendy may assign any or all of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without notice or consent. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, or any rights or licenses granted hereunder, without our prior written consent.
If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that portion shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining portions. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
All covenants, agreements, representations, and warranties made herein shall survive your acceptance of this Agreement and the termination of your relationship with Crafty Trendy. The term “including” means “including but not limited to.”
